Who should inquire?
PHH certification is intended for experienced healthcare professionals whose work includes environmental services, housekeeping, laundry and linen, facilities, or a related healthcare support-service responsibility.
Submitting an inquiry allows CHHA to review your background before inviting you to complete the formal application.
Applicants should be able to confirm:
- Current CHHA membership in good standing
- Completion of the CHHA education required for PHH eligibility
- Current employment in a healthcare facility or healthcare organization
- Relevant professional healthcare experience
- Ability to provide course and employment documentation if invited to apply
